Dr. Gold is a national leader in the epidemiology and pathobiology of acid-related diseases in children, in particular, gastroesophageal reflux disease and other oesophageal diseases.
He has most recently received the honor of being chosen as the new President-elect of NASPGHAN. Dr. Gold has published over 155 peer-reviewed manuscripts and over 35 book chapters.
