Dr. Kwong Chung obtained his Ph.D. at the University of Bern, Switzerland in immunology. He then worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the same University on understanding the mechanisms underpinning inflammatory bowel disease focusing on the role of intestinal resident immune cells. His current topics include nutrition to support or promote immune protection against infections and tolerance to different environmental exposures in early life.
